MagicRAM ATA Flash solutions are well suited for embedded and cross platform data transfer application. The use of NAND-based flash devices provide true random access and wear leveling algorithms evenly distribute write/erase operations, maximizing card life.
MagicRAM ATA Flash is available with standard and extended temperature range from -40C to +85C.
