Linear Flash PC Card
Description
MagicRAM Linear Flash memory card conforms to the PCMCIA/JEIDA international standards and is ideal solution for network routers and telecom equipment.
Unlike SRAM cards, Linear Flash does not require battery to maintain data but just like SRAM cards, it supports Execute In Place (XIP) applications in mobile PCs and embedded equipment. Combined with file management software such as Flash Translation Layer (FTL) or Flash File System, MagicRAM Linear Flash cards provide removable disk emulation.
MagicRAM offers Linear Flash cards in series I, II, 5, 100 & StrataFlash in capacities from 256KB to 32MB and the cards are available in standard or industrial temperatures.
