Description
MagicRAM SATA III DOM delivers all the advantages of flash disk technology with the serial ATA III interface. Designed with the form factor of 7-pin SATA signals, MagicRAM SATA III DOM can be mounted directly to the host system.
MagicRAM SATA III DOM offers a wide range of features such as S.M.A.R.T based Health Monitoring, TRIM, advanced wear leveling and bad block management.
MagicRAM SATA III DOM is available with SLC or MLC NAND Flash in standard (0C to +70C) and extended temperature (-40C to +85C).
