Description
MagicRAM SRAM memory cards are high speed, re-programmable solid state memory devices based on advanced CMOS technology.
MagicRAM SRAM memory cards are available with rechargeable or replaceable battery design in standard or industrial temperature (-40C to 85C).
The Write Protect Switch on the SRAM cards provide a useful measure of data protection from inadvertently over-writing stored information.
Packaged in PCMCIA Type I housing, MagicRAM SRAM cards are available in capacities from 256KB to 8MB.
