MagicRAM is pleased to announce inclusion of its Industrial Grade SLC SD & microSD card in Hard Disk Sentinel (HD Sentinel) health monitoring program.
HD Sentinel is a multi-OS SSD and HDD monitoring and analysis software. Its goal is to find, test, diagnose and repair hard disk drive problems, report and display SSD and HDD health, performance degradations and failures.
The latest version of HD Sentinel program, in addition to HDD & SSD, can now monitor MagicRAM’s Industrial Grade SLC SD & microSD cards health status and report all S.M.A.R.T (Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technology) values.
Running in the background, HD Sentinel verifies MagicRAM cards health status by inspecting the SMART values. If an error is found or an unexpected behavior is detected, it warns the user about the current situation and can also perform appropriate actions such as start an automatic backup.
