MagicRAM, the leading manufacturer for industrial flash products is pleased to announce introduction of pSLC SSD solutions with SATA interface based on 3D TLC NAND Flash.
As the 3D TLC has become the main stream NAND in the market, even for some industrial application, there are still concerns for reliability of 3D TLC devices. In order to provide a better reliability for 3D TLC, MagicRAM now offers the Pseudo SLC (pSLC) products based on 3D TLC.
The Program/Erase (P/E) cycles of pSLC can reach 30K, which is 10 times of the P/E number for 3D TLC and read/write speed can reach up to 550MB/sec.
MagicRAM pSLC of 3D TLC SSD products are available in SATA interface in following form factors:
2.5″/1.8″, M.2 2242/2260/2280, mSATA, CFast, Half Slim and Disk-On-Module
The MagicRAM pSLC based on 3D TLC SSD products are available in C-Temp (0C – +70C) and I-Temp. (-40C – +85C) in capacities up to 320GB.
